Privacy Policy

Account and verification information. Name, work email, phone number, job title, organization name and type, department, business registration number where applicable, a description of research use, and the laboratory shipping address.

Verification results. The outcome of the checks we run on an application — email domain type, mail server presence, address classification, and the resulting decision — together with any notes made during manual review.

Research-use confirmations. Each time a confirmation is given — at site entry, at account creation, and at checkout — we record that it was given, along with the date and time, IP address, and browser user agent.

Order information. Products, lot numbers, quantities, prices, shipping and delivery records, and limited payment metadata. Full card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are never received or stored by Amino20 Labs.

Technical information. Standard server logs, and a browser storage entry recording that the site entry confirmation was completed.

• to process, fulfill, and support orders;
• to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to demonstrate buyer qualification to regulators, auditors, and payment providers;
• to detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and ordering activity inconsistent with laboratory research;
• to send transactional messages about applications, orders, and shipments;
• to send marketing messages only where separately opted in.

Marketing texts require a separate opt-in and are never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help; because messages are sent from a single number, STOP cancels all texts including order updates. Consent can also be withdrawn from account settings. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information with service providers who act on our instructions — payment processing, shipping and carriers, email and SMS delivery, hosting and infrastructure, and verification services — limited to what each needs.

We disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, to respond to a payment dispute, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

Verification records, research-use confirmations, and order records are retained for at least the period required for tax, regulatory, and audit purposes, and generally no less than seven years after the last transaction. These records are the evidence that sales were made to qualified laboratories, so they are retained even if an account is later closed.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Access to verification and order records is limited to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to the retention obligations in Section 5. Residents of some states have additional rights, including to know what is collected and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests are made through our support page, and we may need to verify identity before acting.

This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Accounts require confirmation of being 21 or older.

Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of an account after that date constitutes acceptance.
